Returns & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most clothing items purchased from siyapanacea.com.au, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The clothing is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
- The original order receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates, lingerie, or undergarments
- Accessories (including jewelry and hair accessories)
- Custom-made, hand-embroidered, or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every Siya Panacea order is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
📸 Please take clear photos of the issue and email them to admin@siyastore.com along with your order number.
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping, where applicable).
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us first at admin@siyastore.com to confirm availability.
Once approved, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Siya Panacea cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as posting times may vary.
- If the issue persists, contact us at admin@siyastore.com and we will assist you further.
