1. Order Processing

At Siya Panacea, we process and pack all clothing orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

During busy sale periods or new collection launches, order processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. International Shipping

We ship selected Siya Panacea clothing items internationally to customers worldwide.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

If tracking updates are delayed, it may take up to 48 hours for the courier system to update.

5. Important Note

If you are based in a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details at admin@siyastore.com, or contact us via WhatsApp or call at +91 8856841687.

We will arrange a suitable delivery service for your order. Please note that some carriers may charge an additional surcharge for remote locations. In such cases, we will inform you of the additional charge prior to dispatch.

6. Package Safety, Delays & Lost Parcels

All Siya Panacea products are quality-checked and packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice tampering or damage:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or tampered area
  • Do not accept or sign for the package
  • Return it to the delivery carrier immediately

Once a damaged or tampered package is accepted, it will be deemed that the order was received in good condition.

While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected courier or weather delays may occur. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us — our team will investigate and assist promptly.

Siya Panacea is not liable for parcels lost or damaged during transit; however, we will fully support you in filing a claim with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
